- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely the worst title company I have dealt with in over 20 years in the real estate industry. Completely incompetent, unresponsive, negligent and worthless. Every single issue is met with "I've left a message" or "I don't know when that will happen". Zero capability in solving an issue while Buyers are waiting for them to do their job for months and months and months and months. If you are buying an REO and, for some reason, you're required to have this company involved (as we were), I HIGHLY recommend that you also have your own title company reviewing all docs (as we did), otherwise I am 100% certain that they would have attempted to close without all documents in order, thus causing long term future issues for the buyer.
